  1. Just wanted to add that it shows that my browser guard is installed on my laptop, so it seems to only be a problem on my desktop PC.
  2. Good day to you too! I installed the new version from the file you linked and then restarted my PC, it did not solve the issue unfortunately. I'm on 4.5.33 now so it should be the latest version.
  3. Here are the files I gathered. Seems like one of the ZIP-files is too big (62 mb), due to my extensions in that browser I believe. I could not therefore add it. 25.06.2023_14.01.18.zip Fixlog.txt
  4. Thank you, will check if I have the same issue with my other PC as well in the meantime.
  5. Hmm, interesting. I don't have "Online Privacy" listed anymore, I know I have had it before. See attached image.
  6. Aah, I see, just wanted to be as clear as possible to aid you with the troubleshooting :D I restarted the PC and installed BG in Chrome, to no avail. If it matters, when I click on the Browser Guard add-on inside the browser, it sees that I have MB Premium installed. So it seems to just be an issue with seeing BG within the actual client. I attached a file, the same warning is depicted still.
  7. Yes, you are correct. I did the change of default browser after I did the clean reinstall of MB. The reason is after I clicked yes on installing Browser Guard like you adviced me to, it installed it on Edge only. At this time, I had Chrome as my default browser as before. Since the client mentions, however, that it can not find the Browser Guard in my default browser (and I had uninstalled Browser Guard on all my browsers before the reinstall, like you asked me to), I changed my default browser to Edge and restarted my PC to see if that would fix the issue. It did not. I have planned to change to Edge as default browser before however, so I will not change it back in the near future. I just thought that it would be wise to try after I did the clean install. I could not, as far as I saw, choose where to install Browser Guard. I also would like to get more information regarding these tasks you have mentioned. I spent a lot of money on this PC and would like to know if there is something I should be worried about, or if it only may affect my Browser Guard issue. Also, are these scheduled tasks related to Windows itself or scheduled scans within Malwarebytes? I turned scheduled scans off within the client. Furthermore, see attached files. I also added a warning I got when doing the fix, the only warning for that matter. See attached PNG file. Fixlog.txt
