  1. My free subscription to MalwareBytes has recently expired, and this option is only available to premium users. I don't really plan on buying this software, so is there something else I can try as an alternative?
  2. Sure, I don't mind checking to see if the problem is really resolved. Here's the log that came out of the Farbar scanner. FSS.txt
  3. Well, I think the issue is resolved somehow. I haven't received a random pop-up in about a week now, and I take that as a pretty good sign. In any case, thank you so much for your assistance throughout this process, and if anything happens to come back, I can just ask for help again. Have a good one!
  4. Looks like everything came back relatively normal. Thanks! EST Online Scanner.txt
  5. For the SecurityCheck software, I could not get it to run on my computer. It kept saying that I needed to find a version that was compatible with my PC system. I did manage to obtain the log for the Farbar Service Scanner, though. Thank you! FSS.txt
  6. Okay, I ran the fix and deleted Bonjour off of my computer. Below is the txt file from the log. Fixlog.txt
  7. Okay, I think I managed to follow through with the directions, but please let me know if I did something wrong along the way... Below are the attached txt files that I got from each respective scan application. Thank you! 8. Hello! Thank you for your quick response and the instructions, but I do have a couple of questions, if that's alright. So, when I went to do the Adwcleaner, I noticed that the application is making me quarantine some of my preinstalled apps that initially came with the Windows PC itself. Things like Preinstalled.HPCleanerFLC are trying to be put into the quarantine pile and I'm just wondering if this is safe? I'm not trying to question your expertise or anything, I just want to make sure that this is okay to do considering that these files existed long before I had the malware problem. Also, for step 01, I had a PUP that was found quarantined by Malwarebytes some time ago, and it's still there, so does this mean I include it in the attached files? I'm not very tech savvy, so I'm sorry if these questions seem kinda dumb. Thank you!
  9. Thank you so much for this! Below is the attached file. mbst-grab-results.zip
  10. Hello! Recently, I came across what seems to be a virus or a malware of some sort on my computer, because ever since a couple of weeks ago, I've been constantly rerouted from the sites I typically go on. At first, I thought this pervasive issue was only found on Google Chrome, so I left it, but it was just today that I encountered the same problem with this Outbound Port 443 thing on Edge, too. It's extremely frustrating and I just want it to go away -- I've tried almost everything at this point and I'm getting desperate, so if anyone can please advise me on how to clear this thing once and for all, I would greatly appreciate it!
