  1. Hi, I reported a false positive on the website I own (www.citycenterselfstorage.com) last week. Malwarebytes found one infected PDF file and I was able to prove it had already been removed. You were going to clear the site in your next database update and the issue got marked "resolved". Here's a link to that post. I waited 12 hours after you said it was cleared to make sure it would be updated in your database. Then I asked the potential customer who reported the problem to try and access my website again. It was still blocked for them and they got the warning below. Can you try accessing our website (www.citycenterselfstorage.com) and see if it blocks you? Is there another issue other than the PDF file one that we resolved? Thanks, Evan XXXXX
  2. Hi, The potential customer who got the Malwarebytes warning tried again just a few minutes ago (well after the database was supposed to be updated). They still get a warning (screenshot below). Can you try accessing our website (www.citycenterselfstorage.com) and see if it blocks you? Is there another issue other than the PDF file one that we resolved? Thanks, Evan
  3. Here's confirmation from my hosting provider that the malware file does not exist anywhere in my site. Evan
  4. Thanks for pointing out that link. I worked with our hosting provider to inspect the directory where that file is supposed to reside and the backups. We can't find that file in either place. When I enter that URL, I get a 404 error as shown below. I believe our website is now clean. How do I get cleared by Malwarebytes? Can you rescan my website? Evan
  5. Hi, I'm the owner of www.citycenterselfstorage. We are a self storage company in Pittsburgh, PA. A potential customer tried to access our website and it was blocked by Malwarebytes. Screenshot of what they got is below. I contacted our hosting provider (Pair Networks). Their tests showed no problems (see below). We have three variations of our domain name on the IP address. There are no other Pair Networks customers sharing that IP address so whatever the issue is it's specific to us. (The screenshot of what the potential customer saw above includes what shows when the "i" button is clicked.) Please investigate and consider unblocking our site. Thanks, Evan
