  1. I also would like to export my Malwarebytes settings; this is especially useful if having more than one device. Malwarebytes Browser Guard, for example, already has an export option.
  2. After several weeks of testing, I can say that Malwarebytes works well on version 24H2.
  3. I'd like to say that with the new v3 of the extension now it works very well. I don't know what changed, but now I can keep it active without any issues.
  4. I'll try installing Malwarebytes on 24H2 version and see what happens.
  5. Hi, I didn't know where to post this, so I posted here (I hope I'm not wrong). Anyway, I like to see the MFA switched from email to TOTP (or even better, a passkey), as I find the 2FA via email insecure compared to a TOTP or a passkey. Thanks.
  6. Hi, I'd like to know if the latest versions of Malwarebytes 5 are already compatible with Windows 11 24H2. I know that it's a preview release (for x64), but many providers already updated their drivers to be compatible with version 24H2 (for example, Nvidia and AMD), and for the ARM platform, 24H2 is already in GA stage. Thanks.
  7. I am referring to the ransomware remediation offered by some providers (let's say Bitdefender) that, when detects a possible ransomware attack, it blocks the process and restore the encrypted files back to their unencrypted ones.
  8. Okay. But why do other providers have ransomware remediation and Malwarebytes not? Because, it is not always effective in protecting files, or even maybe that could create problems with some trusted processes, and in response, there will be a system instability?
  9. Hi, I was wondering is Ransomware remediation is available in the consumer version of Malwarebytes for Windows, as I can't find anything related to it in the program's settings. While, on Android version, the ransomware remediation is available. Thanks.
  10. I tried the 7-day free trial on my Android device (Samsung Galaxy S23) and I notice it that it's take forever to do a scan.
  11. I restarted the browser every time, and I can say that I tried the Edge extension of a fresh Microsoft Edge Beta install with no issues.
  12. I thought the same thing, but I already tried that, and I couldn't find the source of the issue. Maybe I need to try again, I don't know.
  13. I also posted this in the Malwarebytes Reddit community
  14. Sorry about that. The issue is that the Edge extension takes as high as over 10% of CPU while opening tabs and freezes Edge until the tabs are fully opened. And it happens on every tab; more tabs opened, more CPU usage (about 3-4% per tab).
  15. @Porthos Sorry for this long delay as I totally forgot about the thread here, but I already tried what you suggested, with no luck. Anyway, here is a list of the installed extensions; I tried disabling it one by one to see if something changed, but with no luck. Any advice about a potentially conflicting extension?
  16. Hello, I am posting here as suggested by a support agent. I'm referring to the ticket 4568595. Thank you.
  17. @BjelakovicLyes, it is. It is a redirecting page for the CINT survey platform.
  18. Hi, Here's the screenshot. As soon as I disable all the protections in the Malwarebytes extensione the website works again. Thank you.
  19. This website is wrongly blocked by Malwarebytes even if VirusTotal says that is legitimate. This is the website: http://cint.insightexpressai.com VirusTotal website page: VirusTotal - Domain - cint.insightexpressai.com
