  4. I believe I got rid of all of the problem files, but Microsoft Defender shows two threats, and when I tell it to delete or quarantine the threats, nothing happens. I have reinstalled Windows 11 (keeping my programs). Malwarebytes, ESET, and Hitman Pro all come back clean. Malwarebytes Advanced Log.txt Malwarebytes Log.txt Addition.txt FRST.txt
  5. Question for you: I am still having some odd permissions problems. I get a permissions error when trying to tweak the delayedautostart under wscsvc from 1 to 0 in the registry editor. I am the sole user of the computer and should be the exclusive admin, right? When I look at the permissions, it shows duplicate user accounts, but one is listed as admin and the other is not. Is it supposed to be like this or is this a problem? I uploaded two screenshots to better illustrate what I am talking about. Thanks again! Casey
  6. Thanks for the help thus far. I turned off all antivirus that I could, but it looks like there was something still running based on the fixlog. Fixlog is attached. Fixlog.txt
  7. I ran a windows repair but kept all files and programs. It looks like I am now clean of viruses. Having trouble with the computer saying I need to speak to the admin for specific settings, but I am the admin. The only program Malwarebytes picks up is iobit advanced system care.
