  1. This has been solved, fortunately. The support individual provided me a new, updated lifetime license because my previous license key was under an obsolete format. I appreciate all the help and the quick response. My Malwarebytes Premium is now set up. I will say that it is a bit scary when you do not have access to the email with which you purchase the product. I was lucky enough to have my old email reinstated by my old university. Not all of them will do that, so for others in the future, I hope there is an alternative ID process, so they do not get locked out of their purchases because of an email address being lost or a receipt not being available. Thank you all!
  2. I definitely did the forwarding. I should probably keep a hard copy as well.
  3. If I do not hear something back, I will send you a PM. Thanks!
  4. Hi, AdvancedSetup, I received an email from Nektarios and sent him/her my receipt (proof of purchase). I am waiting to hear back from this individual. Would you like me to send you a message still as well?
  5. Yep. I'm in my old email now. That was from the attempt you told me to make yesterday.
  6. I just created an account with the email. I never had an account made in the past. I tried to register my ID and key under "Add a subscription," and it would not let me. It says, "Unable to register License Key."
  7. Crisis averted. I contacted my old university and they managed to unlock the account for me. So I have my receipt and everything from over 10 years ago. However, I still can't register my keys with that email account. Support ticket 4203394
  8. And if it helps, the university email uses my last name in the address, and I can show proof of attendance/graduation and other ID.
  9. Also, I don’t know how to show proof of purchase when the only way to do that is to show a receipt from about ten years ago on an email address that has now been deleted. I can provide as much proof of ID as they’d like, however. If that is not enough, I am now barred from a product I like and purchased because of an email address being gone.
  10. Hi, AdvancedSetup, I don’t have a ticket number yet. I used the old email in the email field. I don’t have access to that email because it was deleted by my undergrad university because they don’t store emails on their servers forever. If I use my current email, it gets automatically rejected because that email isn’t associated with a license key. So my only hope is that they read the contents of the message using my old email address and choose to contact me via my new email address. So far, I’ve gotten no response.
  11. I hope so. I love Malwarebytes. Thank you for your assistance.
  12. The card was like ten years ago at this point. I can tell them the device that it was on, my name, and that information. Hopefully, that's sufficient.
  13. Also, can MBM recognize if a device has not been used in a while? Will it automatically deactivate on a device due to no use? Because that would be a way for me to use my license ID and license key again (assuming it is not an inordinately long time).
  14. I sure will. Sorry if I sounded a little short there; I appreciate your help.
  15. I have no idea. That's the point. The ticket number is going to the old dead email address. It won't go to my new one. It only goes to the email you have in the email field, and if the email in the email field is not associated with a subscription, it automatically get rejected. That was my problem above. Which leaves me with the sickening feeling of thinking that my license key and license ID might end up being unusable due to a dead email address, and I was just using MBM days ago.
