I've actually gone ahead and run TronScript and ran MWB Adwarecleaner in conjunction with it and it seems to have resolved the issue, thank you for your help!

Today I clicked on a suspicious website and I ran malwarebytes scans as a precaution and found a series of adwares, being chrome center and another attached to my registry key. I've downloaded FRST attempting to resolve the issue on my own but this seems to be the end of the line for me. Any assistance would be appreciated, thank you!
