Hi, I was finally able to talk to someone named Eric, he is helping me with the issue. Thank you so much for responding to me.

I seen on a few other forum posts that Admin came in and helped people with my exact same problem, so thought I would try my luck here.

Can someone help me get my lifetime license to activate please..I purchased it in 2012 from newegg.com, I have the invoice from it and I also have the box with the cd and activation code.When I try to register it tells me my key is blacklisted..whenever I try to do a support ticket it just says Thank you for contacting Malwarebytes support, we're unable to locate a subscription with the email provided. If another email address was used to purchase your subscription, please submit a new ticket with that email address.
