We are developers of a desktop application called ForecastProTRAC which includes an Excel add-in. When a user of our software (who is a Malwarebytes Nebula customer) created multiple Excel files which leverage the Excel add-in, then our software was flagged as ransomware and uninsta lled. Please let me know what additional information you would need to update your system so this false positive can be corrected. I can upload the executable that was flagged as well as information about the version of Malwarebytes they are using. If it is useful, I can also provide information about our digital signing certificate.
