We have received a report from one of our clients from France using Malwarebytes indicating that is not able to access our website app.consultport.com.
We are running behind Cloudflare and using the following IPs:

The server supports the most recent and secure TLS protocol version of TLS 1.3.
We are continuously monitoring our site using Virustotal and none of the 91 vendors is reporting any issue.

Please advise how to proceed.
