  1. Ok, I decided to remove bonjour. I also did the kprm run and have attached the log. I have malwarebytes browser extension installed. I also use the iCloud passwords extension for managing passwords. Thanks for helping me out! Have a great day! kprm-20221129143503.txt
  2. Do I have the all clear or would you recommend doing more checks?
  3. Alright did all of the steps. I just didn't remove Bonjour as I believe it is a apple software which works with iTunes? Laptop seems to be running fine and I don't see any signs of infection. I was just worried about info stealing viruses but i guess, after all these scans, my laptop isn't infected after all.
  4. Alright I did the chrome reset and the glax scan. Attached is the report. SecurityCheck.txt
  5. Actually using the laptop a bit more did show that I got logged out of couple of websites from chrome. But my chrome profiles were still there and I was still logged into my Google account (gmail, YT etc). I don’t know if that’s the expected result.
  6. Alright I did the fix step and have attached the log. I open chrome and it doesn’t seem like the cookies/cache/history has been reset. It works like before. Maybe I am misinterpreting what you said the fix will do but just wanted to let you know. Fixlog.txt
  7. Ok, I finished running the ESET scan. Attached is the log, nothing was detected… eset.txt
  8. Alright, attached is the log. Nothing was detected at the end of the scan. I’ll follow the steps to scan with the other AV. I’ll also give more info as to what I have already done. I have done the Malwarebyte full scan, the Kaspersky virus removal, MB full scan in safe mode, Microsoft safety scanner. None of them detected anything msert.log
  9. Alright I’ll do this. I actually ran this yesterday but I didn’t do the show all folder/hidden files step. The scan is currently running, I’ll post the log once it’s done.
  10. Thanks a lot. I will follow the steps above. I have taken a look at that article. I haven’t had performance issues yet nor have I noticed my account being logged into and used. Please take your time with the logs and let me know about any steps I should take.
  11. Hi, I didn’t pay too much attention and accidentally ran a fake MSI Afterburner exe. Upon running it a couple of times nothing happened so I checked the website and discovered it was a wrong url. Also, the exe got deleted from my downloads folder. Windows security doesn’t show anything in protection history so I don’t know what happened to it. I’ve attached the logs needed. Please help me out, thanks. Addition.txt FRST.txt MAl.txt
