  1. Because that was from the original attempt. And any links provided were the only things I used. So stop harassing me and blaming me. Apple Fixed it since you could not.
  2. I used the links that were provided. So if I was provided a wrong link, that is not on me. And I did try to use that the latest one and it was not working. Apple fixed it for me. So much for Malwarebytes tech support.
  3. You are rude. I have followed all of the instructions and link and still getting the same issue. So maybe you need to read and stop abusing me. Gaslighting me is not helping this situation. It is only exasperating my disabilities. You have now been warned that you are abusing the disabled. This is a minimum of a $50,000 fine and up to 5 years in jail. This is not about reading anything.   5. I have tried to reinstall a dozen times and continue to get a fail message. And I even provided you with the screenshots to show what my stuff looks like but still it is not allowing me to uncheck and recheck. It is a disaster and this forum is doing nothing but triggering my disabilities even more. Please have an ADA Coordinator contact me by phone. This is a reasonable ADA Accommodation request under Federal and State Laws for ADAAA Title III.

  7. As I said, I did NOT say the instructions came from here. They came from an email conversations I had with a technician. So again, I followed their instructions. Again, when that did not work, I uninstalled and attempted to reinstall Malware and that is to working. You are providing incorrect information and trying to gaslight me. I will not tolerate that. I can build a computer and know what I was told in an email, NOT on this forum. I was directed to this forum after it was too late and I had uninstalled and cannot reinstall.
  8. I have also tried to follow the instructions to activate protection and uncheck and recheck things in full disk etc. Malwares protection will not uncheck and recheck. And the exclamation point in my Malwares icon on the top of my Mac screen remains. And despite clicking the activate it will not activate. I have tried every single possible button, link to fix this and nothing is working. I need live support so you can actually see what is going on. I am NOT stupid. I can build a computer. But this is ridiculous.

  11. That is the only options you have provided me. I have no other options. I have been paying for Premium for years. And now, from email directions your company sent, I went out downloaded the logger to create a file I cannot send to you do to it's size. I was told then to uninstall and reinstall but the link for that is no good either. I have tried to install the Beta and it does not work either. And I was NOT provided a link to the new beta. Please supply it now.
  12. OMG!!! I have retired emails to you emails to me stating that I cannot get you the file as it is too big to send. Please provide a way for me to send the file. I do not think it is appropriate to send on an open forum like this as it is all of my computer.
  13. That did not help. I do NOT have it on my computer. I need to download it. And the versions I have been provided to reinstall give me the following attached error message and will not download.

None of this is working as I cannot reinstall Malwares after I followed the technicians instructions to Uninstall and Reinstall or send them a file that they requested I download software for that would upload a review of my system. The file is so big you cannot send it and the instructions say to contact Malwares for an alternative to send the file, and no one has provided that. I am really disappointed in Malwares as this is going on a week with no protection for a pretty hefty fee. I need a live technician at this point.
