malwarebytes doesn't run or open , and i have some pop up of security essentials 2010. can someone help me with this problem please thank you

hello, i need some help. i believe my computer has malware or some kind of virus. its making weird shutdown noises. when i log in, the desktop has been changed to something that says active desktop recovery ...etc. i have malware bytes, and avira instilled in my computer but when i try to run malware it says Error code 730 (0,0) what do i do?!?!!?!!? sad.gif
