Update : After Repair Install, it fixed. Windows Defender running as it should be. I did tried system check, and everything is fine, no error. Also i found out that my sound driver got fixed (before making cracking sound) where i thought the driver is the cause, but now i think it's from corrupted Windows files (maybe). So yeah, i learnt my lesson not to just casually download and install pirated files <--(For Future Visitor). Thank you @AdvancedSetup for being with me for this entire thread for 2-3 days, also @Maurice Naggar for your assistance. You guys really are lifesaver from expensive service center haha. Totally recommended this place to others. If there anything i should do, please let me know.

@Maurice Naggar Umm, i think there's another problem. I click "Check for Updates" but it did nothing. Also all setting button is all grey-out.

@AdvancedSetup Done the scan. Here is the log. So i notice it deleted some files that may be important like "C:\Windows\Windows.exe" , "C:\FRST\Quarantine\C\Users\Jason\AppData\Local\Updates\WindowsService.exe" and "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\ntdll.dll". Is it false finding? Should i restore it? scan.txt
