  1. I'm having the same problem. Additionally, when I log in to re "activate" my product, it shows it is installed on three devices when I am only using one device. I have to continually delete two of the three devices to proceed. I have an open ticket for over a week but have not heard from anyone. I've also just installed the ticket logger which found my ticket but there was an error uploading the logs.
