    Thank you for your reply, isn't the report files contain personal information? When I attached those and sent it here it would be in public domain that everyone has access to. I just want this to be private. Thank you for your kind consideration.

    I have malwarebytes but only the free version. Will it help solve the issue if I buy the premium version? Thank you.
