Whenever task manager is closed, explorer.exe takes over my cpu at about 40% (fan kicks on, temp rises). I checked remote process explorer and found it's running explorer.exe with this command line

I'm sure I have some sort of virus or trojan but malwarebytes doesn't pick anything up and neither does Norton or ESET
