Zaldbathar

So i keep trying to look this up, but all google will show me is how to UNBLOCK a program you want to use. I downloaded a program i want to get rid of, but its uninstall button wont wont because its running and i can't close it. So basically, is there any way i can manually add a program on my computer to my malwarebytes blocklist so that it will quarantine it and let me delete it?
