The repair app uninstalled Malwarebytes. WTH?!?

I've owned Malwarebytes for years. Not sure why, since this always happens. I have Rootkit scan enabled. Scan happens. Report generated. Scan for Rootkits disabled. Multiple PC's over the years, always the same problem. Couple this with the fact it's not possible to speak with or even chat with a human, I think this may be the biggest waste of money ever, Can anyone help me solve this? Thanks, Ugh
