  1. I did have a ticket, however, the support team closed it before I could try their solution. What was suggested didn't work, so I figured I would try a different method. I will open a new ticket.
  2. The following is happening with about 95% of our endpoints. --no icon in tray when booting up --Not communicating with the Nebula console. I tested connection using Endpoint agent command line tool, and was successful reaching https://sirus.mwbsys.com, and https://cloud.malwarebytes.com --if I browse to file location and run tray icon, it appears below, but cant start a scan (start scan grayed out) --I try to uninstall from control, panel--it fails --I used mbst to remove Malwarebytes, and reinstall, however, same issue.
  3. Was there ever a solution for this issue? I'm having the same problem.
