  1. Thanks for the support. I have been able to successfully remove 3 applications which seem to have been the cause. They probably piggy backed on an application I was installing to solve another issue. I have successfully removed that application as well. Consider this resolved at this point.
  2. Begining today I am receiving a pop-up notice suggesting I upgrade to a new level of security. The only way to close the pop-up is end the task in windows 10. Is there a tool to assist in removing what appears to be malware?
