The option to enable real time protection is greyed out and I still can't launch the UI, am going to use a image made about 6 months ago as it seems the best option

Did that, thank you for the help, upon reboot this morning Scandisk or chkdisk ran and has been displaying %100 for about 6 hours, I will perform a hard reboot and skip disk scan and see if the machine will boot to the GUI, otherwise I'll use an image to restore the system

And MB will not open

Upon reboot MB Malware protection is off and greyed out and all pinned icons except FreeComander XE is no longer pinned.

After the command window appeared I suspected something was wrong with MB as the adds were running on youtube, which I was watching at the time, that prompted me to check, the icon was missing from the tray, also no start menu entry, the folders in programs files were there but completely empty, as I posted before I was able to re-install with the support program and re-register then scan, nothing seems to be amiss ... but why did that happen and could something have done that and installed something that's not being detected?

Clamwin is not used often and has since been disabled from start up and will uninstall shortly

Used Media Center a long time ago before upgrading to Windows 10, perhaps that's left over stuff from trying to get it to work on Windows 10, there was a project attempting to revive it to work and I did try, have since moved and don't have Free To Air broadcast here

Used mb-support-1.8.7.918.exe to re-install, re-registered then scanned, no problems found ... weird!

Yesterday a command prompt suddenly ran then disappeared ... upon investigation Malwarebytes Premium was uninstalled Logs attached mbst-grab-results.zip
