Hi there, I currently have 2 subscriptions under way, one for my phone and one that has my computers on it,a I able yo roll my phone subscription onto my pc subscription? I would like to have all my devices on one subscription so I can add the VPN across all of the devices, is this possible or do I need to keep the 2 subs separate?

Doing it now, I re loaded my firewall settings saved from before the fox, hopefully that was ok?

Fixlog.txt the kernel mode hardware stack protection was turned off in windows defender, maybe that was what caused the BSOD?? all other windows defender settings were fine

@AdvancedSetup big problem, I did all the back ups, turned off mbam and ran the fix as instructed, immediately BSOD with a kernal security failure, I've just re booted and it seems to be running now but that BSOD has me a bit worried, is that normal?

Awesome I'll run that soon, did you find anything? Anything to be worried about? Also the other PC is currently down for maintenance with a bad PSU, how should I go about checking this one? Post here when it's back up and running?

these days you just can't be too careful I find, it's a scary internet out there, ran the scan as requested and successfully, here's the file FRST.txt

ran the 64bit farbar installer through VT it came back with 2 detentions, can you confirm that it is safe and that they are FPs? i just dont want to accidentally add malware in the process of trying to find/remove any on my system haha

maybe my firewall? I've re-run the mbam support tool, heres the file, ill grab farbar tool and run it now mbst-grab-results.zip

he does it quite often, however, i know that "There is no spoon" logs gathered and attached mbst-grab-results.zip

So while booting up different computers during the week 2 of them (so far) started with the ransomware protection disabled in MBAM, one of them wouldn't turn back on until I restarted but after that if was fine and the other turned on fine, both have been starting with all protections on with no issues ever since, done scans and nothing turned up My question is, should I be worried or is it just a glitch in the matrix?

I'm on an oppo x3, I updated a previous version of mbam through the play store so I'm pretty sure that it's an FP just wanted to get the message out incase I can grab a screenshot if you need

So I manually updated mbam on my phone yesterday and the phone manager flagged it as a virus, android Evo gen (trj) Claims it's a root kit, Just out of precaution I thought I would check, is this a FP or is this an actual issue? Ive been using mbam on this phone for over a year now with no issues, so I thought before ignoring it I check here was a good idea

Clearly there's nothing wrong as we have been through the checks but I'm still confused as to what was causing system to be showing up on the block? kprm-20221118102908.txt there is the file from kprm, I already use a password manager, MBAM browser guard and ublock origin so that's good, I have also just used the patch my pc updater, what a tool! i have also updated winrar and notepad. howev4er I have a question Driver Booster 10 v.10.0.0 Warning! Suspected demo version of anti-spyware, driver updater or optimizer. i am running the pro version of this and have used it a few times, im still within the 90 day refund window, should i remove this and ask for a refund? is this tool dangerous to my system? i will follow your instructions what ever they may be.

during the scan there were 157 detections but by the end after it did everything it had no detections of any kind of anything, attached is the log as requested msert.log
