I use a password manager, but when I try to login to my account I'm told the password is wrong. I try the password reset option, put in the code, choose a new password and the system immediately tells me I've had too many failed login accounts and my account is locked. I've tried a support request but have received no response. How do I get access to my account if the system fails 100% of the time to allow me to reset my password?
