  1. It is actually morning again from where I'm from and people are taking breakfast again. I would like to thank you for helping me again today. I'll be awake about 6 to 8 hours from now and I hope you could leave me more specific instructions of how and where to do certain things. Also, I am worried as I have uninstalled nvidia virtual audio and intel display audio as instructed before but after restarting they have not returned. Hope we could finish this today. I will rest for now and thank you again for all you efforts.
  2. This is what's shown by the option regarding intel.high definition audio. I also don't know where the general properties are for each of the devices mentioned which makes troubleshooting each of them undoable. Also, uninstalling them and scanning for hardware changes changed nothing when I did it before. What should I do next?
  3. Should I follow the quote for the devices? Also how about the nvidia virtual audio and intel display audio that I uninstalled before but didn't come back after restarting what should I do for them? Are they gone permanently even though I followed the previous instructions? Will update for the fixlog.
  4. Here is the generated fixlog. I would like to say that my keyboard, mouse, and other devices within the laptop are still not functioning and I'm only using the on screen keyboard to do all the typing required. Fixlog.txt
  5. This is what it looks like after restarting. 2 sound, video and game controllers have disappeared. Waiting for your next instructions.
  6. After restarting nothing has changed. I still cat use any of the devices mentioned in the device manager and some actually disappeared after scanning - like the Intel display audio, and nvidia virtual audio are missing after restarting. What happened and what should I do next?
  7. I can't see the Uninstall the driver option only the uninstall the device. Also I can't see the delete driver option even if I pressed the driver details. Also after pressing the Uninstall device for the standard PS/2 keyboard properties it dissappear from my device manager.
  8. Do I uninstall the device then delete the driver Or uninstall the driver and also delete the driver? I'm just a bit confused.
  9. This is what it says. Should I update both drivers? It doesn't say anything about my mouse, audio and keyboard tho - is that OK?
