  1. Files generated when Avast was turned off. I'd be sleeping for now thanks for your help and will wait for further instructions. Addition.txt FRST.txt
  2. FRST was still able to produce these files. I am sorry but it has been a long night for me and its about to be morning again in a couple of minutes or so. I do hope to hear from you soon an I would like to thank JSntgRvr for sticking with me as long as possible. I would follow you next recommendations and instructions as soon as I wake up, 6 to 8 hours from now. Thank you for helping me. Addition.txt FRST.txt
  3. Actually the Primary problem was kinda fixed, which was the endless reboot, but after the instruction of making sure that all kapersky files were removed along with some remaining malware - my laptop keyboard, USB keyboard and mouse, and all audio devices became unresponsive due to this problem (first picture) and even though I unisntall them then scan for hardware changes and restart accordingly l, the problem still persisted. Happy to have your help. I may be slow as I am using my touch pad and on screen keyboard to navigate through my laptop. As doing the frst scan, Avast popped this up. What should I do? (Second photo)
  4. I believe that a problem that persists in my laptop is that when I unintsall a device, it does not give me the option to delete its drivers. And if allowed to delete the driver, after scanning for hardware changes, it still returns to being unable to function. Remember when you told me to restore to a previous restore point - the laptop said that it was unsuccessful probably due to an antivirus. Should we start from there and work our way back to deleting the remaining malware after the Primary removal of malware. This is because after the laptop was successfully booted the first time, all the devices were good to go and only after the removal of the remaining kaperskey files you mentioned was the laptop devices unresponsive. This was the first time we tried to restore. Picture only.
