After a good rest, use this application to remove tools used and quarantined items (Except for Malwarebytes Antimalware):

Please download KpRm by Kernel-panik and save to your Desktop.

    • Click on KpRm.exe to run the tool.

Vista/Windows 7/8/10 users right-click and select Run As Administrator.

    • Put a check mark next to these items:

    - Create Restore Point

    - Delete tools
    - Delete now

    • Click the "Run" button.

    • When the tool has finished, it will create and open a log report and  delete itself.

    Regards :)

Here is the created log report along with pictures to show what I did.

I will be using the laptop today to make sure that everything is fine. Will update here as often for the next couple of days.

    Thank you so much again.

  2. @JSntgRvrthank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Yet again, you saved my laptop and files. Thank you for being patient and sticking with me until the problem was fixed. Thank you also to @AdvancedSetup for clarifying some mishaps.

Thank you guys. Amazing service and help.

Again @JSntgRvr,  I'll be updating you here from time to time, for the next few days just to make sure that everything is fine with the laptop's performance. Thanks again.

I'll be sleeping now as it is indeed very late from where I'm from. Thanks again!

  3. Here is the scan report along with another file generated just now.

As of the moment I see nothing wrong with the overall performance of the laptop.

But I will update you from time to time for the next 5 days in the case that something unexpected happens.

    Logs look clear.

Check the Security Center and the Device Manager. Are there any problems?

Let me know the overall performance of the computer.

Won't touch those with a ten feet pole.

Download the enclosed file.   Save it next to FRST64. Run FRST64 as you did before and  click on the Fix button. A Fixlog.txt will be produced in the same location FRST64 was ran from. Attach it to a reply for us to see.

    Fixlist.txt 11.87 kB · 1 download

After a restart, Scan with FRST64 and FFS. Post the FRST.txt, Addition.txt, FSS report and the Fixlog.txt.

  5. This is the result

What should be our next step remove all the malware again and, this time, leave Kaspersky drivers out of it?

I also believe that the malware removed previously may have returned but I'm not sure.

Update as of now is see that my laptop has no malwarebytes should I also reinstall? How would I do that?

Also just tell me if I would need to send new frst logs again.

I also believe that my laptop devices are back to normal.

Will be waiting for your next instructions.

Actually this is one the problems of my laptop long before I reached out here. It seems like my laptop doesn't have windows defender at all. Even when I  search it up in my laptop it doesn't show-and even in the windows security nothing shows up that's why I downloaded Avast as I think I have no built in windows defender on my laptop.

My windows security looked like this before installing Avast and that's why I installed Avast.

You don't need Avast for now. Windows 10 comes with builtin antivirus that is on par with Avast in most cases.

Please see the following article and see if it help with your Kaspersky issues and mouse, keyboard drivers or not

    @Bengie

After turning OFF Avast for good, run Rstrui and attempt System Restore. Get some sleep first.

Hello again, what do you mean by turning Avast off for good? Uninstalling it or just turning of the shields indefinitely?

Also when attempting system restore could I pick a different date or time for restoration, maybe sometime before these instructions were given to me (first picture) - because it was at this time where the remaining Kaspersky files and drives were still not removed and my laptop was still functioning properly.

You cannot force remove Kaspersky drivers. Those are virtual drivers and they can affect the registry setting making a mess.

Check and see if you have a System Restore Point from before trying to remove Kaspersky drivers

I'm really sorry my body feels a bit sick right now as I've been pulling all nighters for the past 3 days in cooperation to fix the problem at hand. Thank you very much for your help today I really think that I need to sleep for now just to avoid getting sick further.

Will update you as soon as I can on the system restore point as soon as I wake up.
