Thank you also to @AdvancedSetup for clarifying some mishaps. Thank you guys. Amazing service and help. Again @JSntgRvr, I'll be updating you here from time to time, for the next few days just to make sure that everything is fine with the laptop's performance. Thanks again.     I believe they are. Currently able to use mu kouse, laptopkeyboard, and USB keyboard. I have even tested by using and opening YouTube. I will now redownload frst and send you the logs. Should I also re install malwarebytes? 20220612_002316.mp4

    This is the result What should be our next step remove all the malware again and, this time, leave Kaspersky drivers out of it? I also believe that the malware removed previously may have returned but I'm not sure. Update as of now is see that my laptop has no malwarebytes should I also reinstall? How would I do that? Also just tell me if I would need to send new frst logs again. I also believe that my laptop devices are back to normal. Will be waiting for your next instructions.

    Will do. Update you with the happenings as soon as I can. Also if I remember properly, it would be a time where I haven't used malwarebytes yet to scan for malware in my laptop. I still have not disabled malwarebytes for this system restore.

    Although I have set Avast shields control to be disabled permanently this still occurred after the system restore (first photo) Is it maybe because of malwarebytes on my computer - I have not disabled it when starting system restore.

    My windows security looked like this before installing Avast and that's why I installed Avast.

    Actually this is one the problems of my laptop long before I reached out here. It seems like my laptop doesn't have windows defender at all. Even when I search it up in my laptop it doesn't show-and even in the windows security nothing shows up that's why I downloaded Avast as I think I have no built in windows defender on my laptop.

    Hello again, what do you mean by turning Avast off for good? Uninstalling it or just turning of the shields indefinitely? Also when attempting system restore could I pick a different date or time for restoration, maybe sometime before these instructions were given to me (first picture) - because it was at this time where the remaining Kaspersky files and drives were still not removed and my laptop was still functioning properly.

    I'm really sorry my body feels a bit sick right now as I've been pulling all nighters for the past 3 days in cooperation to fix the problem at hand. Thank you very much for your help today I really think that I need to sleep for now just to avoid getting sick further. Will update you as soon as I can on the system restore point as soon as I wake up.
