I went ahead and did as you said (different person btw with same thing) Thoughts: Google for sure didn't have any information on this application (Terbaltmine LLP version 19.4.815) and the publisher (Vusterlime LLP) size 7.09 MB with installation destination: C:\Program Files (x86)\Terbaltmine LLP I attached those files, Addition.txt and FRST.txt I hope this helps. I want to note that I received this with Lavasoft's web companion, some program called Betrayal (C:\Program Files (x86)\Betrayal with a moralist.exe, pyres.exe, unquoted.exe, and vecchio.exe), a payphone bhat.exe, eternal (pyres, milbury, eternal), narration (duplicate of eternal). so this goes deep.
