Out of the blue, from one day to the next, my MB Premium switched to free mode, although my subscription was supposed to be valid until February 2023.
When I log in, there is no subscription number with the last payment.
I had never installed this license for one device on a second and I have never reinstalled Windows.
If the oddities are not enough, MB in the Free Edition can neither be updated nor activated a license. My internet settings have never been changed and my internet is working perfectly. I also only have one device for the internet.
Reinstallation brings no improvement, the online installer gives an error message at 5%, as if I were not connected to the Internet. The offline installed version cannot be updated and no license can be activated either.
