@Porthos My full scan just finished & found no threats, you were right! What a relief. Thanks also for being so patient with my dumb questions. I guess I will just have to uninstall Chrome to get my computer to run below 80% memory every once in a while. You wouldn't happen to have one (a browser) that you prefer which you'd recommend, would you?

@Porthos Thank you for your help explaining that to me. Did you happen to take a look at my zip? I think something was acting wonky... I am running a full scan with Windows Defender now and Malwarebytes Chrome Extension is wracking up over 18k alerts and rising as it scans. Is that normal? Screenshots taken seconds apart with +200 alerts.

My windows defender isn't scanning either, and it wont allow me to enable app scanning. I think my computer might be a toxic viral mess...

Malwarebytes says Rootkit scanning is Disabled when I scan a file but when I check my settings it is Enabled. I checked with my coworker who recommended Malwarebytes to me and he said his does not do this. I also exported the txt file but it only says the same things the screenshots do, so I didn't attach it to reduce redundancy.
