  1. it is emails from just 1 sender, and only on my laptop for my yahoo account within the email app in Windows 10
  2. thanks guys! Outlook 365 and all my other apps display the emails from this sender correctly, so it's something in this particular app. who knows, I'll just have to continue seeing this senders emails in another app. I like the simplicity of this one, but I might give your suggested ones a try!

  4. I already had web protection off, so i tested each of the others and restarted after each one. still the same. I have attached another picture. I only believe it's a malwarebytes issue because it started happening only after I installed premium.

  6. i use outlook express as my laptop app, and the emails are going to my yahoo account within that app. they are fine on my phone's yahoo email app.
  7. i did the reinstall, however it did not prompt about the vpn. i am looking for it to turn it off. i'm hoping that will fix it, because i have restarted my computer and the emails are still not displaying correctly.
  8. Since adding my premium subscription, emails from some trusted and important senders are displaying in the HTML/CSS language (see picture). I can't seem to figure out why and how to stop it.
