Hello, MB prompted update, but it was getting stuck at 19% and saying I had no internet. After a few new attempts, it gets stuck at 26% and then errors asking me to go to /help-installing page. I downloaded the https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb4_offline but it ALSO gets stuck on 26%. I downloaded then MB Support Tool, which I attach the logs generated. And funny enough, when I try the Clean option, to uninstall (and later, reinstall), it ALSO fails either by complaining I have no internet, or simply failing and asking me to download the MB Support Tool aka, itself. As an additional question, are Premium users also supposed to use the forums? I didn't find a paid specific option for tickets.. mbst-grab-results.zip
