  1. I forgot to tell you Sorry for not reply Yesterday I can't open my computer at all and when I can open It show blue screen and then I have chance to resetting my pc So I decided to do it and my computer have fixed my problem already So Yeah It fix already Thank you for help me till now.
  2. I have extra question If I can reboot computer It will fix all problem or It still have problem?

  4. I restart my computer because malware said your computer need to restart to complete the removal process. So I restart then after It log in to my computer. First I see the taskbar but I can't see any application there at taskbar and when I try to click It or press window button on my keyboard my mouse cursor become loading and laging then suddenly my computer goes black sceen and comeback but nothing change I can't see any application in my taskbar and can't open window setting on taskbar . I try restart my computer again 2 times and nothing change It still the same So I try open window explorer on "this pc" icon when It open someting worse happen I saw my drive local disk C and disk D have like 5 gb left but before I restart my disk c have like 20 gb and my disk d have like 20 gb too I don't understand how it got to 5 gb left Now I can open google chrome and task manager(by using crtl alt delete) but my taskbar still not come back and my disk still have 5 gb left plst tell me how to fix it? or I have to wait more time somebody pls tell me after you guys restart computer it happen same with me or you have to wait more time to comeback normally pls help me fix this problem Thank you
