    Be advised it can take 3-7 weekdays for a response after the automated reply with your ticket number.

    Just a note, At some time you purchased Malwarebytes and all company's set-up subscriptions on a auto renew basis.

     

    I have not had a Malwarebytes subscription this year (2021-22) so there should be no automatic subscription that would have been set-up. I have resolved the issue.
