  1. That's really weird. They're definitely uninstalled and I know for sure I sent the newest logs. I really appreciate you trying though.
  2. I uninstalled Comodo and Adaware, restarted in safe mode, and the Malwarebytes installer still did the same thing. mbst-grab-results.zip
  3. I mean the first file I sent was with the protections turned on. The 2nd file is a new file taken with the protections turned off. Could you have a look at the 2nd file please?
  4. I used the adwcleaner and it closed all of my protections, and I got the logs from the support tool with them all turned off: mbst-grab-results.zip
  5. I've tried many times to install Malwarebytes, but nothing I try seems to have any effect. After reaching 100% completion I get an error message saying that it failed to install. I have Windows 10. I've tried using the Malwarebytes Support Tool, I've tried using the adwcleaner, and I've downloaded the offline installer and tried to install in safe mode. None of this has had any effect. I don't know what else to do. How do I install this?
