  1. That is the option I couldn't see when I posted originally. I have now tried a couple of different ways to get to the option you have presented above and finally I can see the option regarding Detection History. Thank you very much for your responses. I will now try to gradually restore quarantined items, except for the Trojan Clicker, to see if any of the items even caused the problem. I have also created some shortcuts and copied back into the Start - All Programs folders but that is a very slow process to do it that way. Thanks again, very much.
  2. Open Malwarebytes for Windows. Click the Detection History card. In the Quarantined items tab, check the boxes of the items you want to restore or delete. Click the Restore or Delete button. Deleting the items permanently removes them from your device. The problem is the there is no tab for detection history when I open Malwarebytes. I have not uninstalled or reinstalled the MWB software nor did I delete the items from the device. The only thing that has occurred is that the trial period has ended. The only thing I can do now is scan, which I have done and no threats were detected as I would imagine the 12 previously detected items are still in quarantine.
  3. I ran the scan back on the 27th of March but did not quarantine anything since I was unsure what may result. I then ran the scan about a week ago and I decided to quarantine the 12 items found. I then noticed some of the shortcut items that come up when you click the start button were missing. After that I noticed that the folders under Start Button, All Programs were empty. I have been trying to find a fix since then. So, today I thought I would try the Malwarebytes forum to see if someone knew how to fix or if someone knew how to be able to see the option to bring the items back out of quarantine to see if that is even the underlying problem. Thank you in advance for any insight you might provide.
  4. I later quarantined the 12 items shown in the log file extract shown below and now Start Menu Folders are "empty" in Start Button - All Programs. Unfortunately the trial version of Malwarebytes has expired and I can no longer see the option to bring the items back out of quarantine even though I can do a current scan using Malwarebytes. Is there a way to fix the problem of the empty shortcut folders or be able to see the Malwarebytes option to bring the items back out of quarantine to see if doing that fixes the problem?
