Look it by your naked eyes It works as administrator associated with my account, so when I opened my laptop after the recovery the account of malwarebytes took control as the administrator then after files vanished the meant account vanished Suppose it is not the malwarebytes due; it it is breaching process happened to my system; then if the Malwarebytes is a good supporter, why not defeated against and kept my pc saved ?

You did not understand what had happened. The account of the malware is not mine. It is a desktop account and it shared me as administrator. Now you can imagine if you have a good background about technology! Three months I used but I didn't look into the accounts >> You can examine this ... go to account and click on : configure advanced user profile properties and if you have activated the program by an account is not you then you see it has shared you as administrator. Moreover, this program is very sensitive and interferes with anything; for example, sometimes I saved some of my files online or some others else's .. It jumps up and reveals a message telling : This is people ownership and prevent me to download that file even it is a public file and worth nothing. Many webpages I am familiar with for example " Scribd the famous site - no any danger I am sure of it" downloading files or converting files from epub to pdf or vise versa, it also prevents me. Make sure that friend Arabic gave me a serial which is automatically renewed but as what happened with me , if this program is the only one in the world I will never use.

Though I all time suggest Malwarebytes the best, the last time got me totally frustrated. Please , be patient to hear Two or three days ago I turned my pc for an old system restore point because something I disliked happened to my public network. After the recovery had finished successfully and my computer already restated, I noticed all my files ( doc) and the ( pdf) files on the document all have gone ( removed ). What is worse than this! I never heard that turning a computer to an old restore point do a damage to the computer. If it is not authentic, why the microsoft company created in the the computer system? Really , I want to know the reason? Hmm, the program that we want to help us and save us from ransom attacks, itself now damages our files. To tell you from the last whether you dislike my speech or not. Here is the story : The damage caused to me is due to the Malwarebytes Someone Arab friend helped me and gave a serial of Malwarebytes. The code worked with me, but the last time I looked the account of the program as well as my account in my pc and I noticed that malwarebytes account is also worked as administrator and share me the same responsibility, so when the recovery system restore point finished, the Malwarebytes took the control; thus the judgement or the response is its ( the account is his not mine) I can upload you the file to see it by your naked eyes, but for case of security , I will never do. However, make sure I deleted the malwarebytes program from my computer finally and will never install. The damage that the malwarebytes caused to me never can be compensate. 4 Gigabytes of files all went because of the Malwarebytes. How can I get them again. Perhaps a month I download from here or there to get a half of them. And no tool in the word can restore the files as their previous state. It is not the Ransom this time it the Malwarebyt itself!

Hello After my PC was attacked by the ransom virus ( UYJH ), I tried to recover my files using ( Stellar Data recovery ) I noticed a small square beside the opening recovery working screen. I didn't know what it is first! I refreshed my pc many times thinking that the stellar program did it .. After I completed the process and saved my files to an external hard disk, I tried to delete that unusual shortcut. Now its name is clearly appeared to me; it is the virus ( UYJH ) >>> written over Hmmm! it comes again by the stellar recovery. I got it ! I immediately deleted it and I noticed by my naked eyes how it ran away. Good work of you the attacker! Damn to you until the Doomsday! The computer gave me another option to look at the virus location and from there to delete , but I gathered myself not to follow. What it does , the virus ? It changed all data opened in the stellar program into shortcuts. ( writes over) No problem, the data was saved before its last action I closed the program and restarted my PC then after opening the hidden, I opened it using the safe mode I checked registry carefully to look for the ransom virus ( UYJH). I found there and I deleted. Another thing to mention ; after I formatted my PC and changed from windows 7 to 10, I never installed a Mozilla browse. However, I every time look inside the registry I notice the Mozilla and though I delete it comes back another time ! I really think that the ransom attacked my computer through the Mozilla browser or it has a close relation with the virus! It is very strange

Good point to negotiate Thank you I previously before the attack 4 days ago used windows 7 since then I formatted the computer and changed to 10 Can I use now the backup in windows 10 ? I tried using ( one good program of file recovery ) but all the output files are encrypted as well, so I can't believe they come back again.

I used this software and installed as well as many anti-ransom programs else and i got no advantage. Yes, if the attack is offline it can be useful but when it is online the options are very limited ?? None of all these programs is useful and I tried all Many things I did at least I secured my PC .. I want to recover my files and unlock the code so how , how ???

Hello Is not there a solution to unlock files after being encrypted ? Ransom UYJH I see the ransom does not affect on the window's system rather it encrypts folders and documents so that either to steal the documents form one's computer or to bargain the owner of that computer by paying large amount of money.
