I was trying to apply for the Techbench Program because I host a PC repair and malware removal service. However, applying was not possible by using this website: https://www.malwarebytes.com/business/techbench-licensing?ref=TBBasic

Please have a look at the attached screenshot.

Is this a bug / server error or intended (like website maintenance)?
