My son's Scout Troop uses a web service called Troopmaster to track all their activities, achievements, training, etc. To integrate with the National Scouting website that tracks specific training, a user must run a Web 2.0 Training Import Utility program
(Available here: https://troopmaster.com/downloads/)
to grab the data from the my.scouting.org website to import in tot he Troopmaster website. However, I am unable to get the import utility to run correctly, and the technician seems to think either my A/V program (McAfee through Centurylink) or anti-Malware program (Malwarebytes Premium) is blocking the connection from the utility. I am unable to fully stop either program from running, and can't validate if one or the other is the problem. Has anyone worked through this issue before, or can help? I am running Win 10 Pro 64 bit.
