Hello, I need to know what had caused my website to be flagged as scam from your software. I received a message stating we are now whitelisted but never got a response on why we were blacklisted to begin with. I have customers using your service and are receiving a "Block due to suspicious activity". My website should not be blocked as we are coffee roasters. Please let me know why my customers are being blocked and remove us from this list.
