  1. Why is it that I am unable to unzip the file? It says it is password protected.
  2. Alright then.I just sent in a support request. My ticket number is 3739408. I have the file here as well.
  3. The thing is that I am not browsing any wierd sites or anything. It’s just going to google.com to make a few searches then after a while it does a redirect to some random fake search engine.
  4. I haven't tested chrome but yes I see it in Safari. I have the search engine set to google. It goes through google the first few times then redirects to some fake scammy search engine after a few searches. Anything else on the network appears to be fine.
  5. Hi there I have a Mac here infected with a search redirect that randomly redirects to bing after a few searches. I ran a malwarebytes scan and it detected some things and I had them removed and restarted my computer but I still get the random redirects. I already tried deleting the com.apple.Safari.plist file and it didn't fix my problem. I also followed everything in the pinned "How to remove the after-effects of adware" article and I am still getting the random redirects. How can I fix this? Do I need to run the scan in safe mode? Any help is appreciated.
