  1. Incidentally, I have also contacted Quarta Radex support and asked them for assistance with this issue because essentially their software does not work when disabled by malware protection as malicious, and it's the only way to use this important feature of the Radex One Radiation Detector/Dosimeter.
  2. Here are the logs covering the times of the detections, the installer, and the DLL file (with the extentsion changed) added to the zip file. mbam-radex-dc.zip
  3. The software in question stores data from a personal radiation detector and dosimeter called the Radex One. After AI detected this during install, I uploaded on VirusTotal, and no others detected it as malware, and I could find nothing in any forums mentioning this, so I allowed it to be installed thinking it was a false positive. When executing the program, a DLL esscript_ecc27.dll was flagged as Trojan.MalPack and quarrantined, so the software does not work. Can you help verify if this is malicious or is just a false postive? The software info is here: https://quartarad.com/radex-one-data-center/ The download is: https://quartarad.com/RADEX_Data_Center-latest-setup32.zip Name: RADEX_Data_Center-latest-setup32.zip Size: 27202314 bytes (25 MB) SHA256: 36CDAF1B3A35709F83B6404A14D0EC7E576A1B92FFFFC5BEB214FBFC514A56B4
