  2. I just got a trojandropper detection for spacesniffer as well.
  3. Thanks, AdvancedSetup, but the MWB Support tool does not accept my email address (either one) + ticket number to access the ticket, so I can't provide the information you suggested. Also, I no longer have the PO number (I signed on to MWB over 7 years ago), but I do have my license ID and key. Any further help much appreciated.

  5. Thanks, Firefox. I have checked. The situation continues to be that when attempting to login to my account, the new email address and pw appear to be accepted, and I am told that a verification code will be sent, but it never arrives. Initially I got the following message (due to my occasional use of a non-MWB VPN?), and since then I have not gotten any verification codes. "To prevent unauthorized users from accessing your Malwarebytes account, we stopped the sign in attempt below: Date: 2022-01-16 IP address: ---- Location: United States, --- If this was you, finish signing in to your account using the verification code below: If this was not you, we suggest changing your password immediately as someone may be trying to access your account."
  6. I changed my pw and then my email address and have gotten at least one email from MWB to the new address but I do not receive subsequent verification codes to it. Please advise.
