    no i dont use VPN's much atm i think it came with one of the updates

    it said it saved the file to desktop but saved it to a desktop folder i did not even know was on my pc/not owner desktop mbst-grab-results.zip

    after the last update i got this apon the prompted restart and the support tool that it downloaded is unable to create logs i came here as i do not know what im doing
