I see, thanks for confirming that. I do not have any extension installed on chrome though, so does that mean that the file was never ran? Can you pinpoint where exactly I got it from?

Hello, I recently did a scan and Malwarebytes found a Malware.AI threat in my recycle bin. I already quarantined and deleted it and I have the log attached below. It did not tell me what file it was, besides it being a .exe file (no name). I went through the recycle bin and could not find it.
