  1. Thanks for your reply, I have resolved the problem by uninstalling the software for the printer/scanner and reinstalling it. It was the driver not recognising the replacement MFC and not a Malware or firewall issue as was first suggested by the MFC manufacturers Thanks again
  2. I have a replacement Brother multifunction printer/copier/scanner and everything now works apart from sending scans to file on my PC. Brother have suggested that it is Malware that is blocking the file transfer and suggest that I configure my firewall to allow ports to be open. Is this Malware or something I need to do in Windows? How do I do it? Many thanks
