  1. Alright Maurice, I am glad to say that everything looks fine again, thank you so much for your help. I really appreciate the work people like you are doing, I wish you well. Have a good day
  2. Alright will do, but to be honest I haven't noticed the program popping up recently, I will keep an eye out for it though. I don't have anything that boots up automatically (I think) but I will make sure to disable any that are not certified from Microsoft. It hasn't popped up. Thank you for the help.
  3. Yes, this is the file I was talking about, here you go. For a 42 byte file it sure is weird. ubhawgj.log
  4. Alright Maurice, I've done the search and to be honest I'm not surprised by the results, I've seen these files in their specific locations before as I was looking for the root of this program but even after I deleted it it didn't do much (this is before I made this forum post) The ubhawgj.log: 1,"fusion","GAC",0 1,"WinRT","NotApp",1 I've never seen the .xBAD format though, but it does look to be quarantined. 5. Alright, I've done the scan and it didn't detect anything, here is the log. msert.log
  6. Yeah my I3-8300 isn't the fastest thing around, I'll run it overnight as I have things to do during the day, I hope you understand.
  7. Ok Sir, I've done the scan, here are the results, good luck and thank you. Fixlog.txt
  8. Asking because this machine is sometimes shared and the people that might have been using it don't know anything so I thought you might know...
  9. Hello, I've noticed that when I boot up my system, the unwanted program will run and close as usual, good news though, it didn't do that after the Farbar (Fixlog attached) start :), I do have some questions though, some out of sheer curiosity... About password managers, why do you not recommend the browser password manager, which external one would you personally recommend (besides Lastpass)? About the unwanted program, what do you think it was doing on my PC, or rather what was it's intended purpose? When it comes to the log files I sent you initially, what did you find in them specifically that came off as red flags? (Just kind of curious as I haven't seen that type of thing in a while) Thanks Fixlog.txt
  10. @Maurice NaggarYeah sorry for the wait I was at school & a little busy, should be fine now though. :)
  11. Hello, here are the logs you requested, I await further instructions. Addition.txt FRST.txt Malwarebytes Log.txt
  12. Screenshot attached below, it's really really annoying, any help is greatly appreciated. I've tried looking in my file directory listed there, nothing. I've tried looking up the name of the file online, nothing. I really am struggling to find anything on it which leads me to believe it's malware unfortunately.
