Please ignore my post, I used the Malwarebytes repair function and this seems to have corrected the problem.

Hello I am having the same problem. Ransomware protection is 'off'. When I try to turn it on it just says 'Pending' and nothing happens. I'm running Malwarebytes Premium 4.5.21 on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit 22H2 OS build 19045.2486 I also have Kaspersky Anti-virus and SpyShelter Premium running. Turning them both off does not rectify the problem. I have attached the log files. Thanks in advance Kev mbst-grab-results.zip
