  1. On mine, I just click the BG icon in my bookmarks toolbar to the right of the url window. Then top right in that window, I click the 3 dots that are next to the settings icon. Then click "support", you should see "factory reset" at the bottom of that list. It seems to be working when I did that, but day by day it starts to get a little slower and slower. I also found that MANY sites are now either blocking users from seeing content, OR degrading the users experience while on the site/s if they have an ad blocker enabled. I wish there were a workaround for that problem. I never click on any ads, and I surely don't want a half page full of them. But sometimes you have to!
  2. This seems to have worked. Still loading a bit slow but nothing like it was before. Thank you. You are my hero for the day!!
  3. I don't know what's happening, but I now have to disable BG in able to have sites load at the rate they used to. Pictures in sites now fill in from top to bottom instead of loading normally. Most sites load pretty slow now to. I disable BG and all is good. Enable and back to slow mo. Any help appreciated. Windows 10 and I use Firefox which is the latest version.
  4. I went to the task manager and saw there were 2 tray icons for this. 1 hidden and this one that was inop not hidden. I ended the task and the pop up went away. I restarted malwarebytes and all was good. Startup today and still good, so I suspect the rotten windows 10 had something to do with it. I am finding every time I have an issue, its windows 10 loading or not loading something needed. I did the steps above and will post the log file if it happens again. Thank you for the help!
  5. I'm using the free version right now deciding to buy or not. I get the usual "30%off" pop ups, but today I get this small pop up that just says "malwarebytes" and I can not close it. Its been there all day and nothing I can do with it. Clicking it does nothing, no x to close, no nothing. Whats going on?
  6. I'm not seeing where or how to uninstall in win 10. I only have the main MalwareBytes uninstall and that will take it all out. The only other thing I see is "dashboard" and that says nothing other than version 3.2.2.9 and doubt that's the brow
  7. I recently notice the guard is no longer blocking pop ups in many sites I visit. It did before and I have changed no settings? Everything is "on" in settings on all sites I visit. For example. In Titan TV they plaster an annoying video window on the screen I'm viewing. Browser Guard used to stop that but it doesn't anymore. Same thing with ads showing up on just about everywhere I go. Has something changed or have many sites figured out how to circumvent blockers?
